D&R School Welfare Support assists primary and secondary schools in creating effective student support and wellbeing services.
D&R School Welfare Support provide on-site professional development and training programs tailored to the particular needs of staff teams and schools. We also offer off-site training workshops covering the development of skills and processes essential for building effective school wellbeing.
Deborah Pyke and Rob Mason maintain a commitment to building strong links between schools, families and communities. Our extensive experience working as a teacher and social worker in Primary and Secondary schools gives us an in-depth understanding of the importance of collaborative team approaches to school Wellbeing. We have a firm belief that strong student wellbeing structures lead to improved student learning outcomes.
